New Year’s resolutions, goal setting, becoming that “new” person; be kinder, be nicer, become more philanthropic, lose weight, become fit . . . Does this sound oh so familiar?

Have you ever thought about one or even several of these as possible New Year’s resolutions? Let’s change it a little! Let’s write down what you want to accomplish by when.

It is that simple! Be true to yourself and know what you can and will accomplish. Planning is great and half the battle, but execution is key to accomplishing your 2012 goals/resolutions! Set S.M.A.R.T. goals.

S = Specific
M = Measurable
A = Achievable
R = Relevant
T = Time-bound
