I know the news coming out about the economy has not been super rosy as of late, but being in the industry I’m in, I see companies hiring again. However, they are also being very picky. Instead of opening up two positions, they may only open one. Their cash reserves are high and they’re waiting to see what happens after the November elections to determine how much they will spend on hiring. That is the staffing industry as a whole.
