For each referral you send us, you’ll earn $500!
For a limited time you'll earn $1,000 for referring software developers.
There is no limit in our Referral Bonus program. The more
people you refer that are placed by Aureus, the more money

Refer an employee
(not already in the Aureus Group database) who works for Aureus
on a contract assignment and your bonus will be paid after they
bill 300 hours. Refer an employee who is placed in a direct hire
(full-time) job and you will be paid 90 days after the start
date at the client organization. If you are an employee at the
time of bonus pay out, your bonus will be paid on your next
regular check. For direct hire referrals, client must have paid
invoice for referral bonus to be paid.

has been interviewed and placed by Aureus, you qualify for the
Referral Bonus.
- When they’ve
completed their first 300 hours on assignment or 90 days in a direct
hire position, you will receive your Referral Bonus.
