The answer at the Aureus Group is YES they do. We are increasingly proud of our commitment to extend our temporary workforce the same benefits as our in-house employees. We actually pay 50% of our contract employees’ premiums. Our investment in our employees goes hand in hand with our ability to attract and retain the very best talent in the market.
As the temporary workforce grows, choose your staffing partners wisely. As I discussed in our August Top Talent enewsletter, 44% percent of the $12.9 billion allocated to the IRS in Obama’s 2014 budget is earmarked for compliance enforcement.
Transitioning through temping is becoming a big part of many organization’s strategic staffing plans. I welcome the opportunity to discuss your organizational development and how the contingent workforce could provide solutions to your staffing dilemmas.
