We talk to candidates everyday about why they are wanting to explore new opportunities. Sometimes it’s because of a conflict with their manager, other times maybe it’s that they feel undervalued and underappreciated. Leaders and/or organizations can’t fix issues or problems that they aren’t aware of and often appreciate the feedback from employees on what they can be doing better.
